We at the Appraiser's Network Group, pride ourselves on a high level of Customer Service.  For this purpose, we have tried to help streamline the Appraisal Process in it's entirety.  Our online tracking system allows for ordering appraisals, 24/7.  With every order, a preliminary search of records is performed and a simple market comparison is completed to ensure that market values within the area are in line with any estimate of values given on teh Appraisal Order.  This allows us to foresee any problems that may be apparant before the inspection process and allow for a higher form of communication with our clients, in which case, no one is wasting time, effort and resources to achieve the impossible.  Our online system has allowed us to avoid constant missed phone calls when we are out in the field or trying to write reports.
